Instructions
1. Toss the potato rounds evenly with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a large pan and fry potatoes in a single layer for 4-5 minutes per side, until deep golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. Combine beef strips with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper; marinate for at least 10 minutes.
4. In a clean pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped onion until translucent and slightly caramelized (2-3 minutes).
