Instructions

1-First Steps: Start by slicing 6 to 8 ounces of kielbasa into 1/2-inch pieces and cooking it in 1 teaspoon of oil until browned. In a large pot, melt 4 tablespoons of butter and add 1/4 cup diced onion, 1/3 stalk of diced celery, and 1/2 carrot sliced into rounds and halved. SautΓ© these until they soften, building a tasty base for your soup.
