1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder or 1 small finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
About 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups (700 ml) beef broth
8 ounces (225 grams) uncooked bowtie pasta (farfalle)
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup (180 ml) half and half or whole milk
1 cup (about 100 grams) freshly grated Parmesan cheese
12 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef alongside Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder or fresh garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder or chopped onion, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
2. Drain excess fat if necessary.
3. Pour in beef broth and add uncooked bowtie pasta, ensuring pasta is submerged.
4. Cover and cook for 7 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and has absorbed some broth.
5. Reduce heat to low and stir in butter, half and half or milk, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
