Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts

Instructions
1-Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Cut the 2 large chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make four thinner cutlets. Season them with salt and pepper to taste, then dredge in flour to give them a light coating. 5-Step 5: Finish and Combine Stir in 1 cup of heavy or whipping cream, then return the chicken and mushrooms to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165Β°F and the sauce thickens nicely. Season with more salt and pepper as needed before serving hot.
