Ingredients

Scale

200 grams rigatoni pasta for the hearty base that holds the creamy sauce

250 grams minced beef for the main protein for a tender, flavorful texture

1 diced red pepper for a fresh, sweet crunch and vibrant color

1.5 tablespoons Cajun spice for the bold, spicy kick that defines the dish

1.5 tablespoons tomato paste for enhancing the sauce with rich, tangy depth

250 milliliters chicken stock for creating a savory base for simmering and flavor infusion

80 grams cream cheese for making the sauce irresistibly creamy and smooth

10 grams chopped parsley for a fresh, herbaceous finish for garnish

Oil for cooking to brown the beef and sautΓ© vegetables

Salt for pasta water to ensure the pasta is seasoned properly

Grated parmesan cheese for topping to add extra cheesy goodness

Instructions

1-Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the 200 grams of rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside, reserving some water.

2-Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the 250 grams of minced beef, and cook until browned.

3-Add 1 diced red pepper and cook briefly, then stir in 1.5 tablespoons of Cajun spice and 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste for another minute.

4-Pour in 250 milliliters of chicken stock and simmer to blend the flavors.

5-Combine the drained pasta with 80 grams of cream cheese and 10 grams of chopped parsley in the pan, stirring and adding reserved water as needed.

6-Season to taste and serve hot, optionally with grated parmesan.

Notes

🌢️ Adjust Cajun spice amount to your preferred heat level – start with less if you’re sensitive to spice
🍝 Reserve pasta water before draining to help create the perfect creamy sauce consistency
πŸ₯© Don’t overcook the beef – brown it quickly over medium-high heat to keep it tender and juicy
