Description

Ingredients

– 6 eggs

– 1/2 finely chopped onion

– 1 stick finely chopped celery

– 35 grams of sultanas

– 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

– 1 teaspoon of mango chutney

– 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder

– 1/4 teaspoon of salt


Instructions

1-Hard boil the eggs by placing them in boiling water for 10 minutes, then cool immediately in ice water.

2-Peel the eggs carefully and rinse them under cold water.

3-Mash the eggs until creamy in a separate bowl.

4-Finely chop the onion and celery.

5-Mix the chopped vegetables with mayonnaise, sultanas, curry powder, salt, and mango chutney.

6-Combine the mashed eggs with the vegetable mixture.

7-Taste and adjust seasoning, then refrigerate if needed.
