Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish or 10-inch cast iron skillet to prevent sticking.

2-In a large bowl, combine the 14.75 oz creamed corn, 15.25 oz drained whole kernel sweet corn, 8.5 oz corn muffin mix, 8 oz sour cream, and 1 stick melted butter; mix until well blended.

3-Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly for uniform cooking.

4-Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is nearly set.
