Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare a 9×13 inch cake pan with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In another container, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, hot water, oil, and vanilla extract.
