Ingredients
2 lbs of shrimp (peeled and deveined, size 16/20)
2 heads of broccoli
1 can sliced peaches (drained)
1 whisked egg
Β½ cup cornstarch
Pinch of salt

1 tbsp honey
2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Neutral oil for frying
1 tsp salt
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil water with salt and a splash of oil, and blanch the broccoli for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.
2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Coat each shrimp with whisked egg and then dredge in cornstarch with a pinch of salt.
3. Heat neutral oil in a deep pan. Fry the shrimp in batches, ensuring they do not touch, until they are crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.
4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, honey, and lemon juice at room temperature until smooth to form the creamy sauce.
5. Arrange the blanched broccoli on a large serving plate. Toss the fried shrimp and peach slices with the creamy sauce, then center them on the plate.
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish for garnish, if desired, and serve immediately with jasmine rice.
