Ingredients

– 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
– 1 large tomato, sliced
– 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional)
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1-In a small bowl, combine the 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream, 1/4 cup light ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro or parsley (minced), salt, and pepper. Mix well to blend the flavors.
2-Lay the 4 medium flour tortillas flat on a clean surface for easy filling.
3-Evenly place the 2 cups cooked chicken, 1 sliced avocado, 1 sliced large tomato, and 1/4 cup shredded cheese (if using) in the center of each tortilla.
4-Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of the prepared sauce over the fillings on each wrap.
5-Roll the tortillas tightly and secure if needed, then serve immediately for the best texture.
