1 to 2 jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
½ cup sour cream (optional for creaminess)
¼ cup milk (⅛ cup per jar of Alfredo sauce)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
28 to 32-ounce bag of frozen tater tots
Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
Optional: Italian seasoning and fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes to start crisping.
3. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and chosen vegetables.
4. Mix Alfredo sauce, milk, and sour cream (if using) in a bowl, then pour over the chicken mixture.
5. Add seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning (optional). Stir in Parmesan cheese.
6. Top with mozzarella cheese and the par-baked tater tots.
7. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes, or until tater tots are golden and the dish is heated through.
