Ingredients

– 15 oz. ricotta cheese

– 1 large egg

– 2 cups mozzarella cheese

– Β½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

– Β½ teaspoon dried basil

– Β½ teaspoon dried parsley

– ΒΌ teaspoon pepper

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 small diced yellow onion

– Β½ pound ground beef

– Β½ pound ground Italian sausage (hot or mild)

– 3 cloves garlic

– Β½ cup chicken broth

– 32 oz. marinara sauce

– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

– 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

– 12 lasagna noodles plus extra for breakage

– 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese


Instructions

1-First Step: Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and lay flat on a clean surface.

2-Second Step: Prepare the filling by mixing ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped spinach, and minced garlic in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.

3-Third Step: Spread a generous amount of the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over each noodle.
