Ingredients
β 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts for main protein
β 12 oz rotini pasta

β 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
1-Heat the 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2-Toss the 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks, with 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, Β½ teaspoon onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook until golden and juicy, about 5 to 7 minutes, then remove and set aside.
3-In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add 4 cloves garlic, minced, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4-Pour in 1 cup heavy cream and Β½ cup chicken broth, stirring well and scraping up those tasty browned bits from the pan.
5-Add 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, and Β½ cup shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheeses melt into a smooth sauce.
6-Meanwhile, cook 12 oz rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve Β½ cup pasta water and drain the rest.
7-Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it in the sauce. If needed, thin with the reserved pasta water.
