Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 package (4 count) thinly sliced quick steaks
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
Β½ yellow onion, cut into strips
1 Β½ teaspoons steak seasoning
1 package (19 ounces) frozen cheese tortellini
1 pint heavy cream (or substitute with half and half for a lighter sauce)
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
1-Heat olive oil in a large sautΓ© pan over medium-high heat.
2-Add steaks to one side of the pan and bell peppers and onions to the other. Sprinkle steak seasoning over both.
3-Cook steaks according to package instructions; vegetables should be crisp-tender when steaks are done. Stir cooked steak and vegetables together.
4-Add frozen tortellini and heavy cream to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer.
5-Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
6-Once tortellini is cooked through, sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the dish.
7-Cover and allow cheese to melt before serving.
