Description

🍓 Indulge in a sweet and simple dessert that’s both creamy and refreshing, perfect for any occasion.
🧁 Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries combine fresh fruit and rich cream cheese filling for an elegant treat that’s easy to prepare.

Ingredients

– 1 pound large strawberries Provides the juicy, fresh base for stuffing

– 8 ounces softened cream cheese Serves as the main creamy filling for richness

– 1 cup powdered sugar Sweetens the mixture smoothly without any graininess

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds depth and enhances the overall flavor

– 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs Tops the strawberries for a crunchy texture

Instructions

1-Wash and hull 1 pound of fresh strawberries carefully, then set them aside to dry completely.

2-In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3-Prepare 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs by crushing them finely and set aside for topping.

4-Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each hulled strawberry with the cheesecake mixture evenly to avoid overflow.

5-Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the stuffed strawberries for that added crunch and texture.

6-Chill the stuffed strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to help the filling set.

7-For the final touch, serve cold and consider adding a garnish like fresh mint if you want to get creative with flavors.

Notes

🍓 Be gentle when hollowing strawberries to prevent breaking them.
🧁 Make sure the cream cheese is well softened and whipped to achieve a smooth filling.
❄️ Keep the stuffed strawberries refrigerated until serving for best texture and flavor.
