Ingredients
– 1 pound (approximately 450 grams) ground beef
– 1 chopped onion
– 1 chopped green bell pepper
– 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon dried ground oregano
– 2 tablespoons steak sauce (generic)
– 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) beef broth
– 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) milk
– 8-ounce (about 227 grams) can of tomato sauce
– 2 1/2 cups (uncooked) spiral pasta
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1-First, brown the 1 pound of ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until it’s fully cooked.
2-Next, add the chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper to the skillet, sautéing them until they soften, about 3-5 minutes.
3-Stir in the steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried ground oregano, and steak sauce to season the mixture evenly.
4-Pour in the 1 1/2 cups of beef broth, 1 1/2 cups of milk, and the 8-ounce can of tomato sauce, then bring it to a simmer.
5-Add the 2 1/2 cups of uncooked spiral pasta, cover, and let it cook for about 12-15 minutes until the pasta is tender.
6-Finally, mix in the 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and let it melt, stirring gently for a creamy finish.
7-Serve right away, perhaps with a garnish like dried parsley for extra flair, and pair with sides such as roasted broccoli or green beans for a complete meal.
Notes
🧀 Use shredded mozzarella for the best melt and creaminess.
🌶️ Adjust seasoning to taste, adding extra steak sauce or garlic powder if desired.
🥦 Pair with steamed or roasted veggies like broccoli or green beans for balance and color.
