Instructions

4-Now, pour the carrot mixture into this dry mix and stir gently until everything comes together.

5-Spoon the batter into your muffin pan, filling each cup evenly, and slide it into the oven for about 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, you’re good to go!
