Ingredients
β 6 wahoo steaks, about 6 ounces each
β Β½ cup (120 ml) melted butter (clarified butter optional)

β 6 garlic cloves, crushed
β β cup (about 10 grams) chopped cilantro or parsley
β 2 tablespoons Cajun seafood seasoning
β Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
