Ingredients

– 2 (10-ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained, or about 2 cups shredded cooked or rotisserie chicken

– 3/4 cup hot pepper sauce

– 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup ranch dressing

– 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

– Optional: 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles or additional cheese for topping

– Optional dippers: celery sticks, chicken-flavored crackers, tortilla chips, Frito corn chip scoops, or toasted bread slices


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2: Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix 200g of crushed biscuits with 100g of melted butter.

Pour mixture: into a springform pan and press down firmly to form a crust.

Step 3: Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.

Step 4: Prepare the Filling: Beat 600g of cream cheese until smooth. Add 150g sugar, 3 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Mix: until well combined.

Step 5: Pour the filling over the cooled crust.

Bake: for 45 minutes or until the center is set.

Step 6: Cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
