Description
🧀 Cranberry Brie Bites combine creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce for a perfect festive appetizer.
🎉 These easy-to-make bite-sized treats are ideal for parties and impress guests with minimal effort.
Ingredients
– All-purpose flour for dusting dough and cutting board
– 227 grams (8 ounces) crescent dough sheet
– 227 grams (8 ounces) wheel of brie cheese
– 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
– Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 24-count mini muffin tin with cooking spray to keep everything from sticking.
2-Lightly flour a surface and roll out the crescent dough sheet. If you’re using crescent rolls, just pinch the seams together to make one even sheet.
3-Cut the dough into 24 equal squares and press each one into the slots of your muffin tin.
4-Cut the Brie into small pieces and place one piece inside each dough square for that creamy center.
5-Spoon a generous amount of whole berry cranberry sauce on top of the Brie to add that perfect tartness.
6-Add a small sprig of fresh rosemary on each bite if you want a fresh, festive touch.
7-Bake for about 15 minutes until the dough is light golden brown and everything is bubbly.
8-Serve warm and enjoy the compliments rolling in!
Notes
🧀 Brie rind can be left on unless preferred otherwise.
⏲️ Puff pastry may require adjustment in baking time.
🌿 Whole berry cranberry sauce is recommended for best texture; blueberry or orange jams can be experimented with.
