Instructions

1-First: bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the 16 ounces of bow tie pasta. Cook it according to the package, usually around 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain it and rinse under cold water to cool and stop the cooking process this keeps the pasta firm and ready for mixing.

2-Next: while the pasta cooks, prepare your fresh ingredients. Halve the 11 ounces of cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the 6 basil leaves, then set them aside in a big bowl. In another small bowl, whisk together the dressing: ΒΌ cup lemon juice, ΒΌ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic.

3-Now: toss the cooled pasta with the vegetables and dressing in the large bowl. Gently fold in the 5 ounces of crumbled feta cheese to distribute it evenly without mushing everything.
