Description

🥣 This Boat Dip combines creamy textures with zesty flavors for a perfect party appetizer that everyone will love.
🌶️ It’s easy to prepare with simple ingredients and allows for flavorful variations to suit your taste.

Ingredients

– 8 oz (225g) softened cream cheese

– 16 oz (450g) sour cream

– 1 oz (28g) ranch seasoning packet (or homemade equivalent)

– 15 oz (425g) can fire-roasted corn, drained (approx. 1 3/4 cups drained)

– 10 oz (280g) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained (approx. 1 1/4 cups drained)

– 4 oz (115g) can diced green chilies, drained (approx. 1/2 cup drained)

– 8 oz (225g) shredded cheddar cheese (approx. 2 cups shredded)

Instructions

1-Gather and Mix: First, whip the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer or whisk until creamy and smooth. It’s amazing how this simple step sets the base for everything!

2-Add and Combine: Next, add the sour cream, ranch seasoning, drained corn, drained tomatoes with green chilies, drained green chilies, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir thoroughly until well combined trust me, this is where the magic happens and the flavors start to dance.

3-Chill and Serve: After mixing, cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow flavors to meld. Once it’s chilled, serve it up with tortilla chips or pita chips for that perfect party vibe. This boat dip comes together in just 5 minutes of prep, with a total time of about 2 to 3 hours including chilling!

Notes

❄️ Chilling the dip for at least 2 hours greatly enhances the flavor.
🌮 Taco seasoning can be substituted for ranch seasoning or combined for extra flavor.
🫘 For a heartier dip, add rinsed black beans, cooked shredded chicken, or cooked ground meat.
