Instructions
1-Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and set up a deep baking dish with ramekins inside for the water bath.
2-Heat the heavy cream and crushed blackberries in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers, then let it steep for about 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.
3-In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.
