Ingredients

Biscoff cookies (for crust and topping)
Melted butter
Cream cheese (room temperature)
Granulated sugar
Heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
Biscoff spread (for filling and topping)


Instructions

1. Crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until well combined.
3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8″ or 9″ springform pan to form the crust.
