  • Yield: 4 wraps 1x
  • Diet: Varies

Description

🌯 Relish the iconic flavors of Big Mac wrapped in a delicious tortilla, offering a quick and satisfying meal option.
🔥 Enjoy a health-conscious twist on a classic favorite with less fuss, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale

½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
1 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoons ketchup
½ teaspoon paprika
1 pound ground beef or substitute
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 yellow onion, diced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 soft taco-size tortillas
½ cup shredded lettuce
½ cup sliced or diced dill pickles
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ to cup chopped onion (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, finely diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika in a bowl. Chill until needed.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with half of the diced onion. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease and transfer to a bowl.
3. Warm tortillas by microwaving briefly or heating on a pan to soften.
4. On each tortilla, spread the Big Mac sauce, then layer shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, cooked beef mixture, remaining onions, and shredded cheese. Roll and fold into wraps.
5. Serve immediately or store leftover wraps in plastic wrap inside an airtight container for 3-4 days, removing lettuce before storing to avoid wilting.

Notes

🥬 Replace tortillas with lettuce leaves for a low-carb wrap, or use turkey, chicken, or plant-based patties as substitutions.
🥡 Store beef and sauce separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days; beef can be frozen for up to 3 months.
🍔 Pre-cooked burger patties can be air-fried, grilled, or pan-seared for added convenience and flavor options.
