Instructions

1-First Step: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). This ensures the oven reaches the right temperature for even baking. While the oven heats up, grease a 9Γ—5-inch loaf pan and dust it with flour, or line it with parchment paper for easy removal later.

2-Second Step: Lightly toast the walnuts on the stove if using them. This step enhances their flavor and adds a nice crunch to the final bread. Once toasted, let them cool completely before chopping them into coarse pieces.

3-Third Step: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar or honey until light and fluffy. This process incorporates air into the mixture, which helps with the bread’s texture. Add the mashed bananas and mix well, followed by the lightly beaten eggs.
