Ingredients

Instructions
1-Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 200Β°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper to avoid any sticky surprises.
2-Roast the pumpkin: First, place the chopped pumpkin on the tray and sprinkle it with brown sugar, pumpkin spice mix, and thyme. Roast for 15 minutes until itβs tender, then mash it and let it cool.
