Description

πŸ• Air Fryer Pizza Bombs deliver a quick and tasty snack with a crispy exterior and gooey, cheesy pepperoni filling.
πŸ”₯ This easy recipe is perfect for satisfying pizza cravings in just minutes, making it ideal for busy days or game nights.

Ingredients

Scale

1 can (8 count) of refrigerated biscuits, preferably flaky and larger size

32 pieces of pepperoni, quartered

8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes and brought to room temperature

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 cup pizza sauce for dipping

Instructions

1-First, separate the one can (8 count) of refrigerated biscuits into 16 thin pieces by cutting each in half.

2-Next, prepare the filling: quarter 32 pieces of pepperoni and cut 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese into cubes, ensuring it’s at room temperature for better melting.

3-For each biscuit piece, add about 8 pieces of the chopped pepperoni and one cube of mozzarella in the center.

4-Fold and seal the dough around the filling to form balls, making sure they’re tightly closed to avoid any leaks during cooking.

5-Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, then brush this mixture over the formed balls.

6-Place the balls in the air fryer basket and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 to 6 minutes until they’re golden brown.

7-Finally, serve them warm with 1/2 cup of pizza sauce for dipping, which adds a tangy kick.

Notes

🧈 Use flaky biscuits for softer, tender pizza bombs.
πŸ§€ Ensure mozzarella is at room temperature for better melting.
πŸ₯“ Customize fillings by adding sausage, ham, or sautΓ©ed vegetables.
⚠️ Avoid overfilling to prevent leakage during cooking.
❄️ Store leftovers airtight in the refrigerator and reheat in the air fryer at 325Β°F until warm.
